2. Served foods: Spaghetti or Baked Zitti, Salad, green beans, bread.
3. Food Assignments:
• Najwa - Pan of Spaghetti
• Mansoor - 2 pans of green beans
• Hanif - Juice and Fruit
• Tajideen - Bread
• Naimah - Pan of meat Zitti
• Intisar - 2 pans of Veggie Zitti
  

AGENDA ITEM - Eid Event Planning

1. Event is open to general AMYAA and Atlanta Masjid community
2. In need of affordable location with capacity for at least 100 (200 or more is ideal)

2. Two persons needed at table to input member forms into computer data system

AGENDA ITEM - Closing Comments

1. NYAA national conference will either be in Houston or Atlanta in April
• Someone is needed to reach out to NYAA to help secure the plans and assist.
  
2. Action - Email survey of AMYAA community is requested for determining what content is desired for our website
3. Officer's meeting Wednesday, October 11 at 6pm
4. Plasma Screen is looking for businesses and organizations interested in promoting their event while supporting the Capital Campaign. Referral fees are available for those who register as a referrer and whose referrals purchase an ad.
